Where: Townsend Residential Life Center at Â鶹´«Ã½

Event Description: Gratitude Fest 3, sponsored by Active Minds and The Wellness Center at Â鶹´«Ã½, is a pro-active wellness based event featuring activities to help grow happiness and resilience by focusing on cultivating the practice of gratitude. This positive and holistic based event is fun and inviting prevention work. Activities will include yoga, crafts, meditation, spirituality, loving kindness and nature appreciation. A free vegetarian lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m.

Cost:  Free and open to the public.
